A haircut starts at $40 with eyebrows included, haircut and beard at $45, and a kids cut at $30. Those three are the same price with every barber. Facials, beard trims and head shaves vary, so check your barber’s Booksy profile for their full list.

A taper shortens the hair gradually at the sideburns and neckline while leaving the length elsewhere largely alone. A fade blends much further up the sides and back, and can go all the way down to the skin, which is a skin fade. A taper fade sits between the two: a low, gradual fade that starts around the ears and neckline. Not sure which you want? Tell your barber how you like to wear it and they’ll recommend the one that suits you.
It is shorthand for clipper guard sizes on a tapered cut: a number 3 on top, a number 2 on the sides, and a number 1 around the neckline and ears. Guards are numbered in eighths of an inch, so that works out to roughly 3/8, 1/4 and 1/8 of an inch. Treat it as a starting point rather than a rule. Tell your barber how short you want it or bring a photo, and they will set the guards to suit your hair.

A haircut takes 30 to 45 minutes depending on the barber. Haircut and beard runs 45 to 55 minutes, and haircut and facial about 45. The full refresh and the VIP Service take about an hour.
Tipping is customary in the US but never required. Most clients leave 15 to 20 percent, which on a $40 haircut works out to about $6 to $8.
Yes. SH Barbershop is open Sundays from 10am to 5pm. We close on Mondays instead, so Sunday is a normal working day for us and a good time to walk in.
A hot towel is laid over the face to soften the hair and open the pores before the razor, which gives a closer, more comfortable shave with less irritation afterwards. The service pairs the hot towel shave with a line-up, which sharpens the edges of your hair and beard. It is our Line-Up & Hot Towel Shave, which starts at $20 and takes about 30 minutes.
